Corral Loop Mountain Bike Ride

This ride is a quick and fun one. The ride is located in the South Lake Tahoe Area. The total vertical in this ride is only 820 feet, but it has a great downhill. If you are strapped for time this ride is a great choice.

From Highway 50 in Myers turn on Pioneer Trail and go 1 mile to Oneidas. Take a right if your coming from Myers. Stay on Oneidas until you get to the Forest Service Gate.
The ride begins at the end of Odeidas St. Where Forest Service Road #1201 Starts. There is a OHV Sign at the start of the road as well.

Ride up the paved road for approximiatly 3 miles.
Take a left onto the trail head. There is a white forest service sign here. Here the downhill for the Corral Loop begins.

This downhill has lots of fun banked turns and jumps.

Follow this trail till the bottom. Once at the bottom there will be a road that goes to the left(Forest Service Road #12N17) follow it. After you follow this road for a short distance you will be back to the paved road that you climbed. Take a right and head back to the car. If you still have enough time do the loop again!
